Express (Next Day) Delivery – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Express (Next Day) Delivery service within the United Kingdom. By selecting this delivery option at checkout, the customer agrees to the conditions outlined below.

1. Service Availability & Days of Operation
• Express (Next Day) Delivery operates Monday to Thursday only.
• Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are excluded from both dispatch and delivery.
• Orders placed on non-operational days will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Order Cut-Off Time
• Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/UK time) to qualify for same-day dispatch.
• Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
• Cut-off times may vary during peak periods or promotional events.

3. Delivery Promise & Messaging
• Eligible orders will be identified using the following delivery description, as selected by customer under shipping options: “Next Day Delivery (Order before 2 PM GMT, Mon–Fri)”
• Delivery messaging is subject to technical eligibility checks, including product availability and delivery address validation.

4. Public Holidays & Service Exceptions Express Delivery guarantees do not apply on UK public holidays, including but not limited to:

• Service levels may also be limited between Christmas and New Year, during which delivery promises may be temporarily suspended.

5. Geographic Exclusions
• Express (Next Day) Delivery is available to mainland UK addresses only and will not cover Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles.
• Certain postcodes or regions may be excluded where delivery service levels cannot be met.
• Availability is confirmed during checkout based on the delivery address entered.

6. Parcel Size, Weight & Delivery Restrictions To qualify for Express Delivery, orders must meet the following criteria:
• Maximum weight: 30 kg per shipment
• Maximum dimensions: o Length: 300 cm o Width: 150 cm o Height: 120 cm o Maximum total volume: 2 m³
• PO Box addresses are not eligible for Express Delivery.
• Some remote or hard-to-access locations may not qualify for standard next-day ground delivery and may require alternative arrangements or collection from a designated pickup location.

 7. General Conditions
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed under circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather disruptions, strikes, or carrier operational issues.
• The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Express Delivery service at any time without prior notice.
