HOW TO USE THIS OIL

As a Pre-shower Body Masque

Take a few pumps and apply liberally using slow, gentle but firm strokes, exerting even pressure throughout.

Work across the skin on the arms, legs, hands, and feet—one area at a time—for at least 2 to 3 minutes. Leave on for as long as you need (ideally, more than just a few minutes).

Wash off the oil by soaking in the tub or as part of your daily shower.

Even after washing it off you’ll feel its balmy, enchanting and comforting aroma of Frankincense and Vanilla envelope your skin, delighting as well as invigorating the senses—all day long!

As a Leave-in Moisturiser

Take a few pumps and apply liberally using slow, gentle but firm strokes, exerting even pressure throughout.

Work across the skin on the arms, legs, hands, and feet—one area at a time—for at least 2 to 3 minutes.

Leave on for as long as you need or reapply should you require it (however, you probably won’t need to since it’s already so unctuous!).

What is Vata?
