Take a few pump-fulls and massage all over your body just after a bath, on damp skin. This way your skin will remain hydrated for much longer.

I was exposed to a lot of sun as a young adult, born in Florida I hit the beach for many years. I am paying the price. My skin is extremley sensitive so I have to be cautious of what I use. I was using creams and my skin was not absorbing them. I came across Ayurveda products and I thought maybe oils would help the dryness and skin damage. This is with out a doubt the best product I have ever used. Iyura Oils and they are incredible. I wake up with soft smooth skin. This oil is custom-tailored, an excellent choice for Vata body/skin types or those in the Vata phase of their lives - which is after 50 years of age
Vata is a 'dosha' or bio-element that stands for the influence of air and space. Excessive Vata means accelerated ageing, dryness, exaggerated appearance of wrinkled, rough skin, weakness, forgetfulness, lack of focus, nervousness and more.
Balancing vata means providing the body with the opposite of Vata - moisture, hydration, groundedness to ease off dryness.
Interestingly, Ayurveda also divides life into stages of Kapha, Pitta and Vata. Ayurveda describes ageing as a process of dehydration and says that life starts with Kapha or excessive moisture (see how babies are always covered in fluid?!) reaches the Pitta stage in youth when we’re all energetic and fired-up and then it goes into the Vata phase or the phase of ageing and dryness... And hence, Ayurveda recommends the opposite or balancing/pacifying lifestyle and skincare!
