Take a few pump-fulls and massage all over your body just after a bath, on damp skin. This way your skin will remain hydrated for much longer.

I was exposed to a lot of sun as a young adult, born in Florida I hit the beach for many years. I am paying the price. My skin is extremley sensitive so I have to be cautious of what I use. I was using creams and my skin was not absorbing them. I came across Ayurveda products and I thought maybe oils would help the dryness and skin damage. This oil is custom-tailored, an excellent choice for Vata body/skin types or those in the Vata phase of their lives - which is after 50 years of age
Vata is a 'dosha' or bio-element that stands for the influence of air and space. Excessive Vata means accelerated ageing, dryness, exaggerated appearance of wrinkled, rough skin, weakness, forgetfulness, lack of focus, nervousness and more.
